Broadcast plugin takes ~10-20 minutes to process

Hey, I moved my Openfire to a new server and migrated all data from the old one to the new one. Unfortunately, since then, the broadcast plugins takes like 10-20 minutes to broadcast to all (1000) users.

Is there any way to debug this?
