I can find any other user within search but this one username. We are using Ldap connecting to a Windows 2008r2 active directory. New install of Openfie on Centos 7. I can find the user in Active Directory, I can see the user in an active session in OpenFire but I cannot find them using search from a Spark client or within User Summary in OpenFire. If I User Search in OpenFire I can find the user and review the user details.
How can I get this user to be found when searching from the Spark client so others may add this user to their contact lists? !
